get up, stand up
So I've been trying to get up earlier than I usually do - which can range between 12-2 usually, so i set my alarm as a suggestion to myself to get up. So i set my stereo and every day since at 9:30 when it goes off i immediately wake up and grab the remote to turn it off. Except yesterday the stereo went off and I heard bob marley telling me to "get up" and "stand up". I searched to find the stereo remote on my bed but i couldnt find it, and by that time the song was in my head, and I took it as a sign so I got up. So while taking a shower I couldnt help but repeat those words over and over in my head. I was driving myself crazy. My day was pretty good after that, nothing big happened, but I felt better. Maybe it was from more sunlight, or being awake when other people are awake too. So around 11pm i was feeling slightly sleepy, so i thought i would try to get to bed early and keep a decent schedule. Anyway I ended up getting up 45 minutes later cause i couldnt go to bed. Went to bed around 3am and got up at 1 today. Bob marley didnt wake me up today though, because I remembered to turn it off the night before. Maybe I'll try that again another time.Oh and on another note, its been getting pretty warm over here. Anyway my neighbors window lines up with my bedroom window and they had there curtains and window open, which they usually dont. I could perfectly see into their tv set up in that room. Like I could literally be sitting on my bed and watch tv over there. It seemed funny, because i never thought they were that close till that minute. Well the funniest part was that they had the original nintendo hooked up to the tv, they were playing a mario and luigi game. I suddenly felt nostalgic, and i knew that we had our nintendo somewhere in the garage. I went to look for it but couldnt find it, but I know where the sega is, so I was gonna hook it up to my tv, but it may suck , then ruin my memory of the game. hmmm...
