The Oscars
I should have recorded them and watched em later, but I didnt, I sat through them. Maybe not the best use of my time but what is considering. Well I was sad that Brokeback Mountain didnt get best picture, or supporting actor or actress, or lead male, but whatever, haha. Well I was not expecting Crash to win for best picture, but I enjoyed that movie, and it is important even though people say its too simple. After the oscars I was motivated to watch more than two of the films that had been nominated in most categories. I hadnt even watched the animated movies. So I wanted to rent pride and prejudice, but since the video store wisely only had 4 copies, they were all out. But Walk the line was there and that was on my list. I watched it already and it wasnt bad, actually kind of cute. Reese is too cute almost annoyingly cute, almost. Good movie.They cut people off a few times when they were making their acceptance speeches, it was sad. Jon stewart made fun of everything, and everyone (as he should have because the oscars are hilarious). It was a tiny bit annoying though. But he made some good points about hollywood and politics.
So now I am watching some real oscar material, sister act 2:back in the habit, oh yeah, thats some good shit.
